Our "Seedless Ume Shiba" is a type of "Ume Shiba" that has had the seeds removed, based on the "Ume Shiba" that was released in 1985.
We preserve the crunchy texture by pickling carefully selected green plums immediately after harvesting. By splitting the plums in half and removing the seeds, they are easy to eat, and there is no longer any need to worry about disposing of the seeds.
