This "edible miso" features a balanced blend of savory, aged dry rice miso, white sweet rice miso with an elegant sweetness, and gochujang (Korean chili paste) offering a perfect harmony of sweet and spicy notes; it is also studded with coarsely chopped garlic that retains a satisfying texture.
