Made by slowly simmering milk and sugar and then adding Uji matcha.
This milk jam brings out the flavor of Uji matcha.
It has a sugar content of approximately 60%. No artificial colors, preservatives, or other additives are used. It has a rich flavor.
Enjoy it by spreading it on bread, crackers, pancakes, etc. Or, with a little extra effort, melt the milk jam in a double boiler and use it as a sauce. Drizzle it over vanilla ice cream for a unique taste.
