Gyokuroen's kelp tea is characterized by cloud-like kelp-colored things that appear in the bowl when hot water is poured.
You can use it not only as a drink, but also as a flavor seasoning for boiled tofu, rice porridge, ochazuke, and as a soup stock for hot pot dishes.
