This delicious paste plum is made by adding our own original blend of bonito flakes, kelp, green shiso, and a secret ingredient of apple to the plum flesh extracted from carefully selected pickled plums.
The main ingredient, plums, are pickled, sun-dried, and all other processes are carefully done in our own factory.
