This powdered clear soup base features a blend of three types of dashi: bonito, kombu (kelp), and grilled flying fish (yaki-ago). It contains shaved bonito flakes, allowing you to see and feel the presence of the dashi. Its clean, savory flavor enhances everyday dishes, such as grilled fish or fried foods. It also includes garnishes of *fu* (wheat gluten) and green onions.
